Up to a maximum of 700 words which answer the following: 1. Describe what you think may be similarities and differences in the doctor-patient relationship in North America vs. your country of medical education/practice. (Or for trainees with clinical experience only in the US, please compare and contrast Canadian and US clinical approaches); 2. What interests you about the McMaster University Internal Medicine program?

Personal letter (under 500 words) describing how your background and experiences have led to an interest and commitment to a career in family medicine, and your understanding of the role of Family Physicians in the Canadian health care system. Letters exceeding the 500 words limit will not be reviewed.
I was wondering, if anyone could suggest that should he get it done by a professional writer ? Since, the personal letters do matter a lot for admissions.
