Hi I am interested in Seneca's Real Property Administration (Assessment and Appraisal) program however I have some questions and concerns that hopefully some of you great people can answer. What is the program itself like? is it a rigorous program I've been to university (in the arts) how would the work load and concepts compare? Upon graduation what are employment prospects like in the Toronto area? (I've only seen 2 major employers MPAC and the Altus Group) What would i likely be doing in the beginning? How is the pay and opportunity for job growth? Are there other diplomas, degrees, or designations that I will likely need in the future? Any and all help is appreciated.
