why Brock ProgramB student cannot exempt from EE?

I m currently a MAcc student Graduated from Brock University BAcc (Program B). I just receive the CMA Transcript Evaluation Result. It shows me that all the 12 models are not completed.

My questiion are why I cannot be exempted from the entrance exam
and why I do not satisfy all the models ?

Firstly, I graduated from Brock with overall average grade 80% and all courses are over 60%.

On the CMA website, it shows that any students who completed a university degree with an overall average over 75% may be exempted from the entrance exam.

Secondly, the new 2013-2014 courses recognized chart is different from the one when I registered into Brock University (2010). I took ACTG1P91, ACTG2P12, ACTG4P40, and ITIS1P97 instead ACTG1P11 and ACTG1P12, ACTG3P41-ACTG4P41-ACTG4P42 and ITIS2P91. However, at 2010, Brock Academic Office reqired us to take the courses that I took to pursue the CMA program.

As far as I know, the Program B at Brock University is full accredited for CMA courses. All the courses I took above was required by Program B at Brock for students who would like to pursue CMA designation. I believe that the courses I took is qualified.

Now I am totally confused about the result. I emailed the CMA institution and still no response.
Could anyone can explain this to me? Thank you very much.
