I'm in the social work field (4 years experience), prior to my "career" job, I worked in the finance industry as an AR rep for 3 years.
I want to make a career change into Public Relations for a video game company or computer company (geared towards gaming peripherals/equipment)..I am very comfortable in my job & I have no complaints but I feel that this might not be the career I want anymore. I want to know how people take that leap and I have to do to get my foot in the door for PR (since it is PR, networking is probably a huge factor).
