Benefits of HSBC? Other banks?

Hi,

Does anyone work at the offices of HSBC (not at branches)? What are the benefits? (eg. % of bonus, the pension plan - % of employee contribution and % of employer contribution, stock options, etc.)?

How about other banks (eg. RBC, BMO, TD, CIBC, Scotia)?
