OREA - Career as a Realtor and Exams/Tests

Hey Folks,

I am shifting my career as a realtor and just registered for the 1st course with OREA - Real estate as a professional career. I am writing this exam next month. Can someone please provide me with some guidance to pass this exam/course. Also
1) Is going through their material is enough or do I refer to some other books, etc to pass the course?
2) Is there any latest questionnaire that anyone is willing to share so I can practice before writing the exam?

Any other suggestions are also welcomed. Thank you and your advice will be highly appreciated.
