Anyone here know about OSFI?

I have been interested in working at OSFI for a while and I have experience working in accounting/finance as well as the public sector. I finally have an interview coming up for the Career Management Trainee position and would love to get some insight on what it's like working there and what the interview/hiring process is like. Has anyone been through this program or worked with OSFI or just care to share anything about this agency?
