I wanted to share an experience with everyone. So I've recently jumped from a company (A) which was recognized as a government entity doing business like the private sector to a fully public company (B). In Company A, i received 3 promotion in 3 years due to my hard work.
As an opportunity came up from company B, (which frankly offered more pay), i took it.
After working here for 4 months, I discovered the organization I'm part of right now is very disorganized and their finances are soo messed up with no process what-so-ever, i find it scary (coming from finance background). I tried to give it a shot, but the environment is really killing me (typical public sector).
Recently, I've received a phone call from a job I applied around April. This company is a private company. Offers a great opportunity since it's about to head over into IPO.
Question for everyone now is ... how would you or could you explain this situation to the new prospecting employer (since all they see on your resume is ... 4 month employment at your current company and you already want to leave).
