employment agency for graduates?

Hi,

I was wondering if any of you had any experiences with recruiting agency? I'm a newly graduate and just wondering should i take my chances with any of the recruitment agency? my school finance site give us a few suggestion such as "Collin Recruitment Group" - (Finance recruitment group). What are the benefit and cost associated with these recruitment groups?
