Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forums. I graduated with a bcom in finance a couple of years ago. Although I'm born and raised in Montreal, I've never been able to pick up French...it just hasn't clicked. I've held multiple phone jobs after graduation and currently I'm working in commercial real estate valuation where I'm thankfully off the phones. Only problem is that I'm a contract worker and I'm getting min wage + no benefits (and a whole host of other issues)..basically I'm here just fr the experience. What are my options besides the obvious (getting out of Montreal or learning French...I've tried learning French. I even tried classes but I'll never pick up enough French to communicate professionally). I'd like to work at a boutique firm assessing commercial real estate aquisitions, loans/credit, m&a, etc.
Thanks for any advice or help in advance.
