What Post Graduate Degree to Obtain, if any.

All, I want to thank you for taking the time.

Quick Synopsis
I recently graduated and landed a dream job selling the "coolest" Roller Coasters for the #1 company in the world, in this particular niche industry. Like any job there are several ups and downs, pressure, stress and all that good or bad stuff, depending how you roll with the punches. I often find myself working "crazy" hours, just to keep up with the learning curve. But, most mornings I wake up loving what I do, loving my workplace and the atmosphere. I truly do see a long career path with this extremely efficient company.

Throughout my strenuous into interview process, which ended with a meet and greet with our CEO, my degree was never the main topic of discussion. I knew the CEO had an MBA, and I stated to him that I honestly do plan to obtain an MBA. He was quick to explain that as he was trying to figure out what to do in life, he obtained his MBA (he was pushed by his father), before starting his own company. Further he made a remark that neither degree really helped him progress or become the leader that he is today, but acknowledge completing an undergrad shows dedication ...and all that good stuff. He ended the conversation by stating "getting an MBA will not help you progress in my company, we believe in hard work over any fancy degree". In other words, I'd never have to further my education to increase my pay, just sell sell sell.

With all this said, I'm torn. I'm still very young (under 25), and always planned to further my education. I love this industry, and I know having more education NEVER hurts.

My question is simple: As a Sales Rep, Account Exec., BDM, VP, Sales, VP, Business Dev. (you get the point).., what post-graduate degree would you obtain?
