I've just completed my Criminology at York and i've been thinking of going to army, stay there for couple of years and then see where it goes. I may even stay there if I like it. I want to know if this would be a good career path? I have a friend who is an engineer there, and he keeps telling me that once you get a BA, pass the training in Quebec and then you will get offered an officer position. I know some of you will say go to recruiting office and ask them, but i went there yesterday and the officer in charge was rather vague about my questions. He did not say anything about my degree and whether it will positively affect my career or anything regarding the process. He simply said "go online, watch videos, apply".. I want your comments.
