Applying for the CBSA..

I'm releasing from the Military in a year or so.. and I want to be eligible to be accepted in the CBSA. Or any Government public service as I'd like to transfer over my military pension.
I NEED to move to Alberta as my wife has to move there for her job.
I need help/advice.

Here are the requirements.

1. You must have successfully completed a secondary school diploma.
(I have my high school diploma and some school training in the military.)

2. You must have successfully completed the Canadian Firearms Safety Course and the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course.
(Done)

3. You must possess and maintain a valid Standard First Aid Certification (according to the Canada Labour Code, Part II and the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, Part XVI).
(Done)

4. You must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
(Done)

5. You must accept a posting anywhere in Canada.

(With what my Wife specializes in she needs to work in Alberta... so I'm just crap out of luck)
